Hydrometallurgical Plant
The project included the installation of process tanks, stainless steel piping systems, supporting structures, and service platforms for chemical ore processing.
The scope of work also covered the integration of systems for the transport of media, gases, and products, as well as ensuring safe access for maintenance and monitoring.
Special emphasis was placed on installation accuracy, material durability, and compliance with strict environmental and safety standards.
Food Processing Plant
As part of a brewery modernization project, we participated in the installation of technological equipment for raw material processing, fermentation, and filling operations. Our work included the installation of piping systems, media distribution networks, and supporting structures.
The project focused on increasing energy efficiency, reducing water consumption, and optimizing production processes in accordance with environmental standards.
Metallurgical Plant
Within the modernization of a metallurgical facility, we carried out the installation of stainless steel piping systems for the collection of vapors and process gases. The piping assemblies were prefabricated in workshops and subsequently installed on-site with high precision.
The system was connected to filtration, separation, and catalytic units to reduce emissions and improve operational safety.
Wastewater Treatment Plant
The project involved the modernization of piping systems, installation of membrane filtration, UV disinfection, and equipment for nitrogen and phosphorus removal. Most of the work was carried out in underground areas and tunnels.
The objective of the project was to increase plant capacity, improve treated water quality, and ensure long-term environmental protection.
Petrochemical Plant
During a scheduled refinery shutdown, we participated in service activities, inspections of technological equipment, pipeline replacements, and safety system checks.
The project required precise coordination, strict schedule compliance, and high occupational safety standards.
Chemical Plant
As part of a production capacity expansion project, we performed the installation of stainless steel piping for chemicals and gases, as well as the installation of crystallizers, mixing equipment, and heat tracing systems.
The scope also included infrastructure preparation for automation and monitoring systems.
Industrial Park
The project included the installation of a new production line for polymer materials, technological equipment installation, and integration into existing systems.
Implementation took place during full site operation, requiring a high level of coordination and strict adherence to safety procedures.
Petrochemical Plant
Within a modernization project, we participated in the installation of process furnaces, piping systems, and supporting structures. The objective was to reduce CO₂ emissions and increase the plant’s energy efficiency.
