Personal qualities: Responsibility, precision, independence. Good communication skills. Flexibility when working in various conditions.
Additional requirements: Welding certificates (an advantage). Knowledge of foreign languages (if working abroad). Willingness to travel or work overtime.
Pipefitter
Expertise: Technical education (pipefitter, plumber). Experience in pipe installation (min. 2–3 years). Ability to read technical drawings (isometric, schematic).
Skills: Installation, joining, welding, and repair of piping. Work with tools (bending, cutting, pressing). Compliance with safety regulations.
Personal qualities: Responsibility, accuracy, manual dexterity. Ability to work both in a team and independently.
Additional requirements: Welding certificates (an advantage). Willingness to travel and work in various conditions.
Welder
Expertise: Technical education (welder, mechanic, mechanical engineer). Certificates: Valid welding qualifications (e.g. 111, 135, 141, 311 – according to project requirements). Experience: Welding experience (ideally at least 2 years).
Technical skills: Ability to read technical and engineering documentation. Proficiency in various welding techniques (electrode, TIG, MIG/MAG, flame). Weld quality control (visual and according to standards).
Personal qualities: Precision, manual dexterity. Responsibility for quality and work safety. Ability to independently resolve technical problems.
Additional requirements: Knowledge of safety regulations (OHS). Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or in demanding conditions.
